Ronaldinho set for Angola move from Mexico's Queretaro?
Former Barcelona star Ronaldinho looks set for a move to Africa to join Angolan club Kabuscorp, according to the club's president.
The two-time FIFA World Player of the Year is currently on the books of Mexican side Queretaro, having joined them in September after previously being linked with the Angolan outfit. The 34-year-old now looks set to follow in Rivaldo's footsteps and sign for Kabuscorp when the Mexican season ends later this year.
Kabuscorp president Benedict Kangamba told Public Television Angola (PTA): "It's a certainty. We are negotiating, but Ronaldinho has to terminate the contract with his current club, and then be able to join us in June.
"You may ask why I picked Ronaldinho - well, I want quality in my squad."
Ronaldinho's future had been the subject of speculation after he turned up in Queretaro three weeks after preseason training began for the rest of the squad, but Beltran stressed that the Brazilian still has three seasons left on his two-year contract with the club.
Ronaldinho has a large collection of medals, winning two La Liga titles and the Champions League with Barcelona and the Serie A title with AC Milan, as well as playing a key role in Brazil's 2002 World Cup triumph.
