Roma striker Mattia Destro will undergo surgery on his injured knee and is expected to be out for around two months.
Destro was injured in the 2-1 win over Inter Milan on Wednesday in the first leg of their Italian Cup semifinal.
Roma said on Friday that tests have revealed Destro has ''a tear to the lateral meniscus in his knee'' and will undergo surgery in the ''upcoming days.''
The club has not said how long Destro is likely to be sidelined, but initial reports estimate it will take him two months to recover.
