Robinson was relegated with Leeds in 2004 - just three years after the Yorkshire club had mixed it with Europe's elite in the Champions League semi-final. That Leeds team contained the likes of Mark Viduka, Alan Smith, Jermaine Pennant and James Milner, but as results went against the team, heads dropped and the team's moral crashed. Robinson believes it is a different case at Ewood Park, however, and sees a determination to avoid the drop - as demonstrated by their fightback with 10 men against Wigan on Saturday. He told the Daily Mirror: "It was very difficult (at Leeds) because of everything. But when I look at our dressing room, I see we've got a good spirit here. "We've got a very, very good spirit and we've proved that with the way we kept battling. That's the spirit we're going to need to get out of this. "We wanted all three points as we saw this as a winnable game. But as it panned out, going down to ten and the circumstanced of the game, it's definitely a point gained. "I think we were disappointed with the way we played in the first half. But second half, we showed the right attitude and application with ten men. If we show that from the start of games with 11 men, we're not going to be far away."
