RH: Miller set for Forest move

The 24-year-old will undergo a medical with the Championship club and meet with Forest boss Steve McClaren on Monday to discuss a permanent move. "Ishmael looks like he will go to Nottingham Forest," said West Brom manager Roy Hodgson after the 1-1 draw with Parma on Sunday. "I think he is at the age where he needs to be a number one player, not a guy who hangs around and gets 20 minutes every now and then." Miller went on loan to QPR in January - but Neil Warnock has not firmed up any interest in the former Manchester City powerhouse. He scored once in 14 appearances for the R's and netted nine goals in West Brom's successful 2007-08 second-tier title campaign. But Miller is well down the striker pecking order at The Hawthorns, and Hodgson may step up his bid to land Reading striker Shane Long as soon as Miller is off the club's payroll.
