Real Madrid 'back in talks with Man United over deal for De Gea'
Real Madrid have reportedly reopened negotiations with Manchester United over David de Gea and may complete a deal in the coming days.
De Gea has long been expected to join Real this summer but started for United against Barcelona over the weekend amid reports the Spanish club would wait to sign him in 12 months' time.
However, Real have now seemingly renewed their efforts to land the goalkeeper after Sergio Ramos decided to stay at the Bernabeu, ending United's hopes of insisting on the defender being part of a deal for De Gea.
Marca claims the Red Devils have therefore agreed to sell the 24-year-old shot-stopper providing their asking price of 40million euros (£28.3million) is met.
Real Madrid legend Zinedine Zidane, meanwhile, has backed Angel Di Maria for success at Paris Saint-Germain, with the Argentina winger expected to join the French champions after just one season at Old Trafford.
Zidane told BFM TV: "He's the kind of player that can take you to the next stage. That's what they need to go further in the Champions League.
"Angel Di Maria can contribute his energy, the difference he makes when he accelerates, he has the quality to do something.
"I think that it will happen in the coming days."
