Up to 1,000 fans are expected to protest at Ewood Park ahead of Saturday's match with Arsenal, but Rovers co-owner Rao told ITV's Granada Reports that Kean is the man to take the club forward. Rao said Kean is "very much safe and I'm sure he'll produce the results". He added: "I am not worried about the welcome for tomorrow, I'm more worried about the results. "If we give results I am sure everybody will be happy. We have been unlucky the last few matches. I will come out of this and I am not worried for anything because we are putting our heart in and we are working very, very hard. "I'm sure we have to satisfy the fans first. I am not worried because we are doing nothing wrong. I want to take the interests of the fans first." Kean was installed by Venky's shortly after they took over the club midway through last season, with Sam Allardyce controversially sacked. However, the club only avoided relegation on the final day of the season and with only one point taken from four games this season, fans have increased their calls for a more experienced manager. Rao said he appreciated their concerns, but does not plan to make a change. "It's the fans who also own the club and they are a family and in a family if your father gets angry at you, you don't get angry," he said. "I understand the frustration and anger, but we can't do anything about it. It will take its own time, but fans have all the right to get angry and tell us because they are the people, for them this club runs. If they're not there, we're not there so we have to listen to them. "It's not so easy to just put someone in and out, in and out. It's nothing to do with Steve. We have to give time and we have to keep calm and we'll produce results. He's very much safe. There's no problem with Steve. "He's a very nice man and I'm sure he'll deliver the goods. It's only bad luck with the last few matches. The management has no idea of changing anybody out here. We are concentrating on not to change anybody, but to produce results."
