Ramsey dreaming of silverware
The Wales youngster suffered a double leg break whilst playing for the Gunners against Stoke at the Britannia Stadium last February. It has taken the 20-year-old nearly nine months to recover from his horrific injury and he returned to the game with a successful loan spell at Championship outfit Nottingham Forest. But now Arsenal's forgotten man is back at the Emirates Stadium and he is hoping to play his first game for the club in almost a year when Arsene Wenger's men take on Ipswich in the first leg of the Carling Cup semi-final on Wednesday night. Ramsey is eager to lift the trophy at the end of next month having tasted defeat in the 2008 FA Cup final against Portsmouth whilst playing for his former club Cardiff. He told the Daily Star: "To get to another final would be brilliant. It would be good to do that and win some silverware for the first time in a while. "I've still got my losers' medal from the FA Cup final - but it's kept in a draw at my house. "I played against Ipswich a few weeks ago, so hopefully I will play some part in the game and get some more minutes under my belt." Ramsey added: "The Carling Cup has been good to me. I've never been to the final, though. "I would love to do it this season and bring home the trophy. When you play for Arsenal, you want to win everything you can."
