Ramires excited by Mourinho start
Chelsea midfielder Ramires is encouraged by the early signs of the Jose Mourinho regime and is eyeing a title challenge.
Mourinho is back at the club he guided to back-to-back Premier League titles in 2005 and 2006, sparking optimism from the Brazil international that the Blues can enjoy a successful season.
"The environment during the first training sessions has been very good," Ramires told Globo Esporte.
"Everyone is very excited and willing. We can feel positive changes happening. Mourinho and the new signings have contributed a lot to that.
"I might be wrong because we know how things are in football, but I think this season can be better than the 2011-12 one, when we won the Champions League.
"I see our team is ready, more interested and with the possibility of fighting for the Premier League title as well, which is something we haven't done in the last few years.
"Let's wait for the games to start and we will see what happens."
