Icelandic striker Heidar Helguson scored two goals to help QPR win 3-2 at Stoke on Saturday and extend the hosts' Premier League losing streak to four matches.
Stoke, beaten 5-0 by Bolton before the international break, took the lead after Jonathan Walters was teed up by Peter Crouch in the eighth minute, but Helguson leveled in the 22nd with a header before Luke Young put the visitors ahead just before halftime.
Helguson tapped in from close range to make it 3-1 in the 54th and though Ryan Shawcross pulled one back with a header in the 65th, Stoke couldn't find an equalizer.
QPR's third away win of the season moved the London team into the top half of the table, leaving Stoke three points above the relegation zone.
