QPR v West Brom preview
Shaun Wright-Phillips is a doubt for QPR's clash against the Baggies. There were fears that the former Manchester City winger had broken his foot last week at Norwich and, while manager Neil Warnock has denied there is a break, Wright-Phillips could miss the Loftus Road encounter. Third-choice goalkeeper Radnek Cerny looks set deputise in goal once more after injuries to first-choice duo Paddy Kenny (gluteus maximus) and Brian Murphy (calf). QPR skipper Joey Barton returns from suspension, but Kieron Dyer and DJ Campbell (both foot) are out. West Brom boss Roy Hodgson has to fill the gap left by long-term injury-victim Zoltan Gera for the trip to west London. The midfielder will be sidelined for the rest of the season with a ruptured anterior ligament suffered against Tottenham last weekend. Simon Cox replaced Gera in a 4-4-1-1 formation. Hodgson is hoping four-goal leading scorer Shane Long can shake off a groin injury which led to him being substituted after 70 minutes against Spurs. Peter Odemwingie is on stand-by to replace him.
