PSG are third in the group, level on points with Salzburg but at a disadvantage with the Austrian team having a better head-to-head record and would, thus, go through to the knockout stages if they match the Ligue 1 side's result. Athletic have already won the group by some distance and PSG will need to go all out for victory in the hope Salzburg slip up at Slovan Bratislava. PSG forward Guillaume Hoarau has been sidelined since the start of the season with a shoulder injury but he has now returned to training. The 27-year-old admits Antoine Kombouare's side have no option than to get three points and told PSG's official website: "Victory is imperative. "When you look at the teams that have come from the Champions League, I believe the Europa League is a very competitive competition this year." PSG are level on points with leaders Montpellier at the top of Ligue 1, two points ahead of Lille who they face at the weekend before their final game before the winter break against St Etienne. Hoarau admits the next week is vitally important, saying: "In the league, a leading group is starting to break away. "It (against Lille) is therefore a very important game because we want to finish 2011 strong. "We have three major finals to play before the break, so we will take all our strength in the battle to claim maximum points. " They can take heart from their opponents' league form which has seen them take just two points from 12 and on Sunday they failed to hold on to their lead against lowly Racing Santander who scored an injury-time equaliser.
