Poulsen made just nine appearances in his debut Premier League campaign after seemingly struggling to adjust to the pace of the English top flight. However, Poulsen's advisor, Jorn Bonnesen, told Danish newspaper B.T: "It could be that Christian is in the pool of players who are up for sale, but we have not heard anything about that. "There has been no contact with Liverpool, and we stick to the contract." "We will not consider anything before we have heard from Liverpool that they don't want to keep Christian. We will remain loyal to Liverpool." Daniel Agger, meanwhile, is one Dane that is a firm part of Dalglish's rebuilding plans at Anfield.
