No festive cheer for crocked Bullard

Hull midfielder Jimmy Bullard has been ruled out for up to two months due to a knee injury.

Bullard was hurt Saturday in Hull's 3-0 loss at Aston Villa in the Premier League, only his fifth match since returning from an eight-month layoff following surgery on his other knee.

Hull manager Phil Brown said Monday "I'm now vHull City midfielder Jimmy Bullard will be out for six to eight weeks after suffering a knee injury in Saturday's defeat to Aston Villa.
