Steve Bruce brought in striker Sessegnon on a permanent deal from Paris St Germain, while former Portsmouth midfielder Muntari has arrived on a loan deal from Inter Milan. The Black Cats skipper is yet to play alongside the pair due to a back injury but is confident they will boost the club's bid for European qualification. "What I'm hearing from the lads is that they think Stephane is a good player and has been sharp in training," the combative midfielder told the club's official website. "He is a good signing and of course everyone knows what Sulley can do. It's good that we are signing players from clubs like Inter Milan and PSG. "By bringing them in the gaffer is showing he's happy to play a different system with only one striker."
