Crawley midfielder Scott Neilson has joined Conference side Grimsby on loan after struggling to break into the first team.
Neilson will link up with the Mariners for three months.
The 25-year-old has made just one appearance from the bench, when he scored the winner in the 3-2 victory over Gillingham in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy earlier this month.
Manager Richie Barker told the club website: "Scott needs to get games under his belt and this is a good opportunity for him.
"Grimsby's style of play should suit him and I am sure the loan, which ends on December 22, will benefit everyone and we wish him all the best."
