The Midlands outfit have endured a tough time so far this season and know they will occupy a standing inside the Premier League relegation zone at Christmas. Such troubles would normally lead to pressure mounting on an under-performing coach, but that is not the case at Molineux. Wolves believe they have the ideal candidate at the helm and Moxey has made it clear they will not be making any rash decisions, unlike some of their top flight rivals. "I've been doing this job for about 22 years and at no time have we had a better relationship between football manager and the club," he said. "Steve Morgan as the chairman, myself as CEO and the manager meet regularly. We talk frankly, we are all on the same page. "If there is a difference of opinion, it is voiced privately - we are all clear where we stand." Moxey admits to being 'staggered' by events elsewhere this season, with Newcastle and Blackburn having recently parted with their respective managers in controversial circumstances. He added: "If you look at Manchester United and Arsenal there's one common denominator, both managers have been impregnable from the media, fans, even the directors, players. "And I think you have to make sure your manager is impregnable in terms of doing his job."
