Colunga has impressed since being loaned to Real Zaragoza from Recreativo Huelva in January and reports have linked the 25-year-old with a move to the DW Stadium. Martinez watched Colunga score in Zaragoza's 3-3 draw with Villarreal on the final weekend of the Spanish Primera Division season and feels his compatriot could thrive in the Premier League. "Colunga is a good player who has done very well this season," Martinez said. "He has been a good player for Real Zaragoza, but not only for his speed. "Colunga is also intelligent, and he is a player who always creates problems and is very smart both with and without the ball. "The way he has adapted to Zaragoza demonstrates the great player he is.
