Martinez keen to make additions
Franco Di Santo's two goals earned Latics a 2-0 win over QPR at the DW Stadium on Saturday but it was Hugo Rodallega, starting his first Premier League match of the season since his return from the Copa America, who Martinez had praise for. He said: "Hugo's got an experience and an arrogance and he knows he can score goals. He's really sharp and his experience and know-how is important on and off the pitch." Martinez wants to a handful of new faces before Wednesday and remains "100%" certain no further players will leave the DW Stadium. He added: "When we lost Tom (Cleverly) and Charles (N'Zogbia) we wanted to find replacements and we worked really hard to bring those two or three in. "I have a very clear idea of who I want to bring in. It is not just their football talent, it is their character and personality. But I won't just bring players for the sake of it."
