Police say a man has been charged with manslaughter following the death of a football fan before an international match between England and Wales last week.
Ian Mytton, 41, will appear in a court in Redditch, central England on Monday after being charged by detectives on Saturday night.
Police said Sunday that three other men have been arrested in connection with the death of Cardiff native Mike Dye, who was assaulted outside Wembley before Tuesday's European Championship qualifier and later died in a hospital.
A post-mortem examination showed the cause of death to be blunt trauma to the back of the head.

Police says six other men initially arrested in connection with Dye's death have now all been released without charge.
