Nottingham Forest have signed Aston Villa defender Alan Hutton on loan until January.
Hutton has found himself frozen out of Paul Lambert's plans this season at Villa Park and has been forced to train away from the first team.
Lambert is happy to loan out the Scotland international after trying to offload the full-back during the summer transfer window.
The 27-year-old is set to go straight into the Forest squad for this weekend's clash with Wolves.
Forest chairman Omar Al Hasawi was delighted to land former Rangers and Tottenham defender Hutton on loan.
He said: "Like most of the signings we have made, Alan brings great experience to our squad.
"He has played at the very highest level and will be a big asset to us over the next six weeks."
The charge comes after Scunthorpe asked the governing body to review the video of the League One fixture between the two clubs at Glanford Park last Saturday, when Hughes is shown to elbow home defender Tom Newey.
Iron boss Brian Laws was furious the 36-year-old forward was not punished by match referee Eddie Ilderton at the time, calling the incident "clear".
Hughes went on to score a late goal to rescue a 2-2 draw for his side, having also scored in the first half.
He will now miss the Magpies' league games against Swindon and Yeovil and also their FA Cup second-round tie against Rotherham.
The 18-year-old defender has joined Ronnie Moore's side until January and adds cover to the Rovers backline.
Moore said: "I'm pleased to be able to bring Donervorn to the club.
"With Mark McChrystal going to Scunthorpe to gain match fitness and Ben Gibson able to be called back by Middlesbrough at any time, we were short at the back so Donervorn will add to our options.
"He's only young but he's done well in West Brom's Under-21 side. He's big and strong and I look forward to working with him."
The youngster joined Albion from Reading in 2009 and has become a regular in their Under-21 side.
The 18-year-old Academy graduate penned his first professional deal with the Cherries in April and has since gone on to make four substitute appearances for the club's first team, the most recent of which came in late September.
Daggers boss John Still said: "Josh is a player I have watched a few times and when I first saw him I had the Matt Ritchie feeling.
"He was enthusiastic, bright and lively. He can play wide, centre midfield and off a forward. We have been helped by AFC Bournemouth financially and it hasn't cost us any money to bring him here.
"I think he will be well received by Daggers supporters because of the enthusiasm he shows."
Celtic were close to sealing their place in the knockout stages on Tuesday night through the score draw they needed in Lisbon before Benfica defender Ezequiel Garay hit the winner in a 2-1 home victory.
Celtic now need to better Benfica's result in the final group game but have the less difficult task at home to Spartak Moscow while the Portuguese side travel to Barcelona.
Butcher is not overawed by a SPL trip to Celtic Park on Saturday but he is sure that the home side will go on to follow up their victory over Barcelona by completing their group campaign in style on December 5.
"It's been phenomenal," Butcher said.
"We all hoped they would get through on Tuesday but that defeat in Lisbon has postponed the inevitable really because I think they will beat Spartak at Parkhead in a couple of weeks time and go through.
"I can't see Benfica going to the Nou Camp and winning but you never know.
"But I'm sure Celtic will get that result that's needed to take them through. To do that will be a magnificent achievement.
"They were almost there in Lisbon, there was a good period when they were in the last 16 and were drawing the match but Benfica just popped up with a good goal at the end to nick it. They were that close to making it and I'm sure they will do.
"They have been tremendous and it has been great to watch their European adventure, especially the games against Barcelona. I think they have learned a heck of a lot from those games too."
Celtic's victory over Barcelona stunned the football world but Inverness have been one of the surprise packages in Scotland, before last weekend.
Caley Thistle went 10 games unbeaten despite losing a number of experienced players in the summer, although they were brought crashing back to earth on Sunday with a 5-1 home defeat by Motherwell.
Butcher said: "It's a daunting daunting task for us to go and to play against a team that could be in the last 16 or will be in the last 16 of the Champions League, and to go there and try to beat them on their own patch.
"But then again we have that every season and it's something
that doesn't faze us, but something we should look forward to doing."
The 19-year-old defender will link-up with Westley's League One side until January 5 and is available for their trip to Leyton Orient at the weekend.
Kane has represented England Under-19s and joined the Blues as an eight-year-old.
He has risen through the west London club's ranks and captained their Under-21's this campaign.
The right-back was a key member of Chelsea's FA Youth Cup winning side last season.
