Serie A champion Juventus will kick off its bid for a third straight title at Sampdoria, the only team it lost twice to in the league last season.
The 2013-14 calendar was announced Monday. Runner-up Napoli hosts Bologna on the opening day, AC Milan travels to newly promoted Verona, and Inter Milan hosts Genoa.
Juventus hosts Lazio in its first home match, before making a trip to bitter rival Inter.
The season starts the weekend of Aug. 24 and ends May 18.
