A disciplinary hearing into claims that Suarez racially abused Frenchman Evra during a Premier League fixture at Anfield in October was opened on Wednesday. But the Football Association confirmed that there will be no verdict on the charges until Tuesday at the earliest. The Fulham boss was in charge at Dutch giants Ajax where the Uruguay international was his main man upfront. And Jol believes the 24-year-old is a 'real leader' and admits he will be staggered if Suarez is found guilty. He told The Sun: "If it is true, I am surprised. At Ajax we had players from all over the world. "He was my captain and his job was to make them feel comfortable. He was a real leader. "A real leader would never do things like that."
