Woodgate conceded the penalty - and could arguably have been sent-off - for Wolves' opener before being hauled off by Tony Pulis after just 19 minutes of the Potters' 2-1 success. The centre-back, playing out of position at right-back, could not live with the pace of Wolves winger Matthew Jarvis and Huth - who has also faced the same opponent - has every sympathy for his team-mate. He told the Stoke Sentinel: "I've had a few shockers at right-back. When you are a centre-back, it's an uncomfortable position. You just don't feel comfortable. "And having had to play against Jarvis myself last year, I know he's very tricky and keeps on running at you." Woodgate was replaced by winger Jermaine Pennant, with Ryan Shotton slotting into right-back as Pulis switched his team around. The change worked, with the visitors markedly improving and drawing level via a Kevin Doyle own goal before Peter Crouch notched the winner with 20 minutes remaining to register the Potters' fourth successive Premier League victory. "Jermaine did tremendous when he came on," added Huth. "Wolves took a step back when he came on because of his pace and trickery." Molineux is a happy hunting ground for Huth, who netted in last February's FA Cup success and then helped score Saturday's equaliser when his long range effort from a short free-kick deflected in off Doyle in the wall. He added: "It hit the wall, so it has to be on target. "I wouldn't normally take a shot from there, but we had been putting balls into the box before with no luck. And there is the old saying... if you don't shoot, you don't score."
