Harry happy to loan out Woody
The Championship duo are battling it out to capture the 30-year-old, with Elland Road looking the more likely destination for a player that used to play for Leeds.
The injury-plagued centre-half last has not played for Spurs since November 2009, though, and will not be allowed out on loan until he has proved his fitness.
"He is still looking to get back to fitness and needs to get a game under his belt before he is ready to get out anywhere and play," Redknapp told the Daily Mirror. "We would let him out on loan if he's okay.
"We'd let him go out to Leeds or QPR.
"That would be good for him but it's day by day."
