Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola has named a 20-man travelling party for Tuesday's Champions League semi-final first leg against Inter Milan.

Left-back Eric Abidal, who has yet to receive the green light to return to action following a thigh injury, and 20-year-old reserve defender Andreu Fontas are the two newcomers to the squad that took on local rivals Espanyol on Sunday.

The only players unavailable are Spain midfielder Andres Iniesta, who is set to be absent until mid-May with a hamstring tear, and Ukraine international Dmitrio Chygrynskiy, who is ineligible.

Iniesta was one of two players missing from team training on Sunday morning, the other being Lionel Messi, who worked in the gym.

The reigning European and Spanish champions will be travelling to Italy by coach.

Barca had originally planned to fly to Milan on Monday - the day before the match - but due to much of Europe's airspace being closed as a result of the volcanic ash cloud from Iceland they have been forced to change their plans.

The party will leave at around 1500 local time, and will spend the night in the French city of Cannes before continuing on to Milan on Monday - an overall trip of around 1,000 kilometres.
