The community group bidding to take over St Mirren have been told to revise their offer.
The 10,000 Hours group, which has pledges from more than 1,000 fans, are among at least three parties interested in buying the 52% stake of the controlling consortium, which includes chairman Stewart Gilmour.
A statement on their website read: "We can confirm that we have now had a response from the selling consortium to the bid which was submitted on August 24th.
"We have been asked to review two particular clauses within the offer and re-submit the bid.
