Montpellier forward Olivier Giroud has been selected for France's roster for the first time for exhibition games against the United States on Nov. 11 and Belgium four days later.

Giroud leads the French league with eight goals.

France, which already has qualified for next year's European Championship, has a 15-game unbeaten streak.
