Fortuna Duesseldorf has signed Czech defender Martin Latka on a free transfer from Slavia Prague.
The Bundesliga club says the defender signed an 18-month year contract.
Latka is the fourth new player for the promoted club. Fortuna is 13th in the standings before the Bundesliga season resumes this weekend.
