ZURICH (AP) FIFA has called the Palestinian and Saudi Arabian football associations to Zurich on Monday for talks on the disputed decision to move their World Cup qualifying match to a neutral venue.

Palestinian Football Union president Jibril Rajoub accused FIFA of bowing to Saudi pressure by agreeing to relocate the second-leg match from the West Bank to neighboring Jordan on Oct. 13.

FIFA had said the decision was ''final and binding,'' leaving the Palestinians to decide whether to play in Jordan or forfeit the qualifier.

But FIFA says it has ''invited both member associations to a meeting'' on Monday.
