FIFA president Sepp Blatter warned clubs Friday that a continued refusal to release players for the next Under-20 World Cup could prompt football's governing body to change its laws to ensure the top talent can participate.

Blatter said Friday that if the 2011 U20 tournament meets the same resistance from clubs that it did this time, FIFA may push through new laws forcing the release of players.
