Fans desperate for final tickets
Tickets for Chelsea's Champions League final in Munich are changing hands for thousands of euros.
Tens of thousands of English fans have arrived in Germany before the west London club takes on Bayern Munich on Saturday night.
The showcase final will be played at Bayern's home ground, the Allianz Arena, which was chosen to host the final before the competition started.
UEFA, European soccer's governing body, had over one million applications for tickets for the 67,000-capacity stadium.
Chelsea's allocation of 17,500 tickets was snapped up by loyal fans who met the criteria of having attended the required number of previous games.
It means demand for black market tickets is high among the thousands of Chelsea fans who are in Munich without a ticket.
One fan, Mark Robins, was wandering the main squares of Munich with a sign offering €2,000 (US$2,560) for a genuine ticket.
He told Sky News, "It is such a big game. Everyone has been talking about silly figures up to €8,000 but by setting €2,000 at least I'm in control."
Chelsea has only ever reached one European Cup final before when they were beaten on penalties by Manchester United in Moscow in 2008.
German police have asked fans to enjoy the occasion but warned that any trouble will be dealt with firmly.
