FA Cup draw: Cambridge to host Man United, Arsenal face Brighton
League Two side Cambridge United will host Premier League giants Manchester United in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
Richard Money's side are the lowest-ranked club left in the competition and their reward for beating Luton 2-1 in the third round is a clash with the 11-time winners who currently sit 79 places above them in the league pyramid.
Louis van Gaal's United, who easily overcame Yeovil 2-0 in their third round tie, have been on a steady upward curve of improvement but although they have risen to third in the Premier League, they remain nine points behind joint leaders Chelsea and Manchester City and may see the FA Cup as their best chance of a trophy.
Other eye-catching ties include a Midlands derby between Championship side Birmingham and Premier League strugglers West Brom and a potential London showdown between Chelsea and Millwall, who must first conquer Bradford.
Holders Arsenal, who dumped out Premier League rivals Hull on Sunday, will travel south to face Championship side Brighton and Man City also face second tier opposition with Middlesbrough handed a trip to the Etihad Stadium.
Championship leaders Bournemouth head to Aston Villa while Rochdale's reward for knocking out Nottingham Forest is a home tie against 2011 finalists Stoke City.
The ties will be played on January 24 and January 25.
