England goalkeeping coach Ray Clemence in hospital
England goalkeeping coach Ray Clemence has been admitted to a hospital after missing Saturday's friendly win over Spain because of illness.
The Football Association says the former England, Liverpool and Tottenham goalkeeper first felt unwell Friday and sat out pre-match training.
The 63-year-old Clemence was treated for prostate cancer in 2005 but recovered to return to the national coaching set up.
Clemence played 61 times for England and won five league titles, three European Cups, two UEFA Cups, two FA Cups and the League Cup with Liverpool and Spurs.
