Wolves were facing a sixth successive defeat after trailing 2-0 with six minutes to go with their own fans chanting 'you're getting sacked in the morning' towards McCarthy. But Doyle and Jamie O'Hara lifted the gloom by rescuing a point with late goals. Doyle said: "It's been a tough few weeks for us and it is amazing how everything becomes a massive effort for your body and everything when you shouldn't be tired. "Making a simple sprint, five yard passes seems difficult for everyone. It is draining. Everyone is frustrated. It is not nice, our own fans are frustrated, and you don't blame them. "The manager and players are frustrated. It would have been easy for us just to die with 10-15 minutes to go against Swansea. "Then you get the bliss of the last five minutes and it feels like a win for us. "That will lift us and we will be all bright now on Monday morning and it will be a turning point." Doyle revealed the extent of McCarthy's half-time message. Doyle said: "The gaffer said 'don't leave anything in the dressing room and have no regrets after the game because we are as low as we are going to be'. "It was tough but to get those two goals shows we do have fighting spirit. Now hopefully have turned things."
