The experienced stopper, who made his 500th league start in Saturday's derby win over Albion, is entering the final weeks of his current contract. But the 35-year-old is hopeful of persuading boss Mick McCarthy that he is pain-free and capable of another year at the top after shaking off a hip injury that plagued him earlier this season. Asked if he wanted to win a new deal, Craddock told the Express & Star: "Of course, I do. "At the moment, there's more important things to worry about than players' contracts. "But I feel great. My body feels great. I'm coming off after games and I don't feel injured, which is nice."
