Capello set for Terry talks
England coach Fabio Capello has confirmed he knows everything about accusations around John Terry's private life.
The Football Association confirmed on Monday Capello alone will decide whether Terry will continue as England captain following revelations of an alleged affair with the former girlfriend of England team-mate Wayne Bridge.
There have been calls for Terry to be stripped of the captaincy while reports suggest Bridge is considering his international future in the wake of the episode.
Capello, who has been recovering from knee surgery in his holiday home in Switzerland, has been monitoring the fall-out of the scandal and he is prepared to meet Terry later this week when he returns to England.
"I know everything, I can't say anything at the moment but I will be back in London on Thursday," Capello told the Daily Mail.
FA chief executive Ian Whatmore reaffirmed Capello will make the decision on whether Terry keeps the captaincy or not.
"Having appointed Fabio and co, it's their call on all matters to do with the playing side and the captaincy," Watmore told The Guardian.
