The 20-year-old Tottenham defender fits the mould of the attacking full-back favoured by the Italian boss. Walker is currently on-loan at Aston Villa and could provide cover for first choice right-back Glen Johnson as Micah Richards is a doubt. Liverpool's Martin Kelly also features on the England manager's radar but Walker's experience would seem to give him the edge over his rival. "Walker has just started in the Premier League but is a very interesting player," Capello said. "I saw him against Uzbekistan for the Under-21s, and across the box he was really dangerous. "He must improve his defending but he's fast and technically good."
