Bundesliga game called off over lack of referee

Where's the ref?

The game between Cologne and Mainz in Germany was called off Saturday because of a missing party - the referee.

Babak Rafati had been scheduled to work Saturday's Bundesliga game, but Cologne says on its website he could not be there. The team did not give a reason but said a replacement could not be found on such short notice.

Mainz says the league abandoned the game after consulting with both clubs. A makeup date has not been set.
