Bruce knows the Black Cats must be at their best to avoid getting caught cold in the capital. "It's never going to be easy at places like Fulham. They might not have won many games this season, but at home they are very difficult to beat, like most teams. "If we play like when we were last in London (a 3-0 win at Chelsea) we will be okay, but if we play like we did at Wolves (a 3-2 defeat) and again make errors, then we will come unstuck again. "But I'm confident the proper Sunderland will show up, and if we do that then we've every chance of getting a result."
