Paul Corry will benefit from a full pre-season this summer, according to Tranmere manager Ronnie Moore.
Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Corry joined Rovers on loan last month and has made six appearances to date, continuing a frantic period in his career.
The 22-year-old joined Wednesday in August following a summer season with UCD in the League of Ireland.
"He's had six games for Sheffield Wednesday, he had 30 games while he was in Ireland and he's not had a pre-season," Moore said.
"He's going to be one for the future, there's no doubt about that, he's got terrific ability - a great left foot. He can open a door for you and he's getting stronger.
"I think he's found it a little bit tough because you don't get as much time (in League One) as you do in the Championship when you're down at this level and that's been a little awakener for him.
"But he's got great ability and I'm sure when he's had a pre-season then there's a lot more to come from him."
