The Bolivian football federation has called off two international friendly matches due to be played in Turkey next month because it believes refereeing decisions may have influenced the results of matches played in the country last week.

Latvia defeated Bolivia 2-1 and Estonia drew 2-2 with Bulgaria in Antalya, Turkey on Feb. 9, with all seven goals scored from penalties.

The Bolivian federation says it has sent a message to FIFA president Sepp Blatter asking for ''an exhaustive investigation.''

FIFA says it has asked for match reports from each of the national federations.
