Barcelona fullback Adriano out 7-10 days

Barcelona says Brazil fullback Adriano will be sidelined for up to 10 days with a leg muscle injury.

Medical tests on Tuesday revealed a small tear in Adriano's left thigh.

The defender, whose full name is Adriano Correia Claro, picked up the injury while away on international duty with Brazil.

Adriano has been a regular in the European champions' lineup this season, scoring one goal from 14 appearances.

Adriano will miss Saturday's league match with Zaragoza and perhaps a Champions League game at AC Milan on Nov. 23. He could return against Getafe three days later.
