Udinese have agreed the transfer of Alexis Sanchez, who was wanted by Manchester United and City, to Barcelona for around £33million.
The gifted 22-year-old winger, who is back home in Chile preparing for next month's Copa America in Argentina, will travel to Spain to have a medical before wrapping up his move to the Nou Camp next week.
Sanchez, known as 'Kid Marvel', scored 12 goals last season as Udinese finish fourth to clinch a Champions League qualifying berth.
He was signed by Udinese in 2006 for £1.7million, before being loaned to Argentina's River Plate in 2007.
