Barca loans Keirrison to Cruzeiro

Barcelona says striker Keirrison has been loaned to Brazilian club Cruzeiro until the end of 2011.

The 22-year-old Brazilian has failed to break into the Spanish champion's squad since joining from Palmeiras in a 14 million euros (then $20 million) deal in 2009.

Keirrison has been loaned out ever since his arrival, playing at Benfica, Fiorentina and Copa Libertadores champion Santos. He had been set to start the new season with Barcelona's ''B'' team before the move.
