Gareth Bale has dismissed reports he could leave Real Madrid during the summer.
The 25-year-old moved to the Santiago Bernabeu in 2013 for a world-record £86 million fee, winning the Champions League in his first season but faced heavy criticism for a string of below-par display this term.
Madrid fans were vocal with their disapproval, prompting Manchester United to re-assess a potential bid before opting against, but, as reported by Goal in May, Bale is only concerned with proving himself at Real.
When asked by The Sun if he will be at Real next season, Bale replied: "Of course, yes. I'm a Real Madrid player and I'll carry on as normal. I am enjoying it and hopefully I can continue to.
"I feel settled. I'm looking forward now to playing and winning more trophies. My goal is to keep improving, performing and to win as many titles as I can."
Bale also rejected the notion of a rift between himself and Cristiano Ronaldo, adding: "It's rubbish. When you are on the pitch you try to help your team-mates as much as you can.
"People are trying to create problems which aren't there. It's good and normal in training and playing with Cristiano. You train with the best players and you try to improve as much as they do."
