Austria captain Marc Janko and midfielder David Alaba have returned from injury to join the squad for next week's friendly against Greece.

Janko had an adductor injury and Alaba an ankle problem to miss last month's 2012 European Championship qualifiers against Azerbaijan and Belgium. Both were included in Austria's 23-man squad announced Tuesday by coach Dietmar Constantini.

Defenders Emanuel Pogatetz and Ekrem Dag are out injured, while goalkeeper Pascal Gruenwald replaces Michael Gspurning to earn his first national call-up.

Austria plays 2004 European champion Greece in Vienna on Nov. 17 in its final game of the year.
