APOEL Nicosia drew 2-2 at Chelsea to end up even with Atletico with three points in Group D, but the Spanish club moved into the second-tier competition because it scored a goal in Cyprus.

Chelsea won the group with 14 points, while Porto was second with 12.

Bruno Alves headed Porto into the lead after two minutes at the Vicente Calderon stadium, hanging in the air to turn Cristian Rodriguez's deep corner cross into goal.

Falcao jumped on an error by goalkeeper Sergio Asenjo to score the second in the 14th minute.

Asenjo stopped Jorge Fucile's shot from outside the area but let the rebound carelessly slip free and the Colombia striker was there to slide it in.

Hulk completed the rout with a spectacular goal in the 76th, showing his class with a dribble into the area before switching to his left foot to send a rising shot past Asenjo at the near side and off the underside of the crossbar.
