Atletico Madrid's players rode an open-top bus through the streets
of the Spanish capital to celebrate their Europa League victory
against Fulham.
The team flew in to Madrid in the morning from Hamburg, where
Atletico won Wednesday's final 2-1 thanks to two goals by Diego
Forlan.
The Atletico players held aloft their first major trophy in
14 years as they rode from their Calderon Stadium through central
Madrid.
The celebrations are due to reach their climax in Neptuno
square, where Atletico's fans traditionally congregate when their
team wins a title.
