Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti insists Arsenal are still very much in the Premier League title race.

The Gunners bounced back from successive defeats to the Blues and Manchester United to beat Liverpool on Wednesday.

Arsenal's win came on the same evening as Chelsea lost at Everton and United were held at Aston Villa.

And Ancelotti insists that Arsene Wenger's men are still in contention for top spot as they are now just six points adrift.

"Things change in football quickly, so Arsenal had a very good result," Ancelotti told Sky Sports News.

"They can come back. Six points is not so much and they could come back and get the title."

The Italian also believes that the title race will go down to the last day of the season.

"I think so [it will come down to last day of the season]," he said.

"I think it will be a long race and every team can show their best until the end of the season."
