Ancelotti reveals Torres admiration
Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti has admitted he would ideally like to partner striker Didier Drogba with Liverpool ace Fernando Torres.
Torres' future at Anfield has been the subject of conjecture in recent weeks following Liverpool's failure to qualify for next season's Champions League.
Chelsea forward Drogba fuelled rumours of a move for Torres by revealing earlier this week the Spaniard would be his ideal strike partner.
Ancelotti has now refused to rule out a move for Torres, with Manchester City also thought to be weighing up a mega bid for the player. "It's not only Drogba - I would like to play with Torres.
He's a very good player," said Ancelotti.
"But this is not an issue for now. He is a Liverpool player and is a good striker but we have two fantastic strikers and this is not for this moment."
